A family holiday planner that answers "what time are we leaving"

Family holidays run on logistics. Not on discovery, not on inspiration, but on knowing that the ferry is at eleven, which means leaving at ten, which means everyone needs shoes on by quarter to.

Holiday Board is built around exactly that chain.

Leave times are the whole point

Every plan can hold a leave time separately from a start time, shown more prominently than anything else on the card. With children involved, the leave time is the only time that matters.

A packing list per person

Each traveller with an account gets their own list, drawn from what the group said to bring plus anything they add. Older children can tick off their own things, which is either a genuine help or at least a way of making it their problem.

For younger children, keep their items on your own list and pack from that.

Bring lists stop the car park moment

Attach what a day needs to the day itself: sun cream, hats, water, the inflatable, the tickets. It travels onto everyone's packing list and it is on the plan when you open it that morning.

Days that are deliberately empty

A family holiday with something booked every day is not a holiday. Empty days are a valid state here and the board does not nag you to fill them.

One payment, everyone included

Whoever is organising pays £6.99 once for the trip. Every family member invited gets the full version.

Questions

Do children need their own accounts?
Only if you want them to have their own packing list and outfits. Otherwise plan for them from your own account.
Can grandparents or other family join?
Yes, anyone you invite. Once the holiday is unlocked there is no limit on travellers.
Is there anything unsuitable for children in it?
No. It is a private planning tool with no feed, no public profiles and no messaging from strangers.
